Why the payment page remains on hold
- A legally available payment provider and verified account owner are required.
- Receipts, donor privacy, restricted-fund handling and financial reconciliation must be documented.
- Refund, fraud, safeguarding and complaints procedures must be operational.
- The full donation journey must pass security and accessibility testing.
Please do not send card, mobile-banking or bank-account information through a general message. Organizations interested in funding or in-kind partnership may contact JUS through the partnership channel.
