Accountability

Complaints and Feedback

JUS principles for accessible feedback, confidential complaints and protection from retaliation.

JUS intends feedback and complaints to be handled respectfully, documented appropriately and protected from retaliation.

  • People should be able to raise questions, service concerns, misconduct allegations or safeguarding concerns.
  • Sensitive information should be limited to those responsible for receiving and responding.
  • Urgent safety concerns should be escalated promptly.
  • Responses and lessons should be recorded without exposing complainants or affected people.

A dedicated, independently verified confidential reporting channel has not yet been published. Until that channel is approved, general enquiries can be sent through the public JUS contact details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in an initial message.
