Working safeguarding principles

  • Zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, harassment and retaliation.
  • Informed consent and safeguarding review before publishing identifiable photographs or stories.
  • Confidential handling of sensitive concerns and personal information.
  • Fair, non-discriminatory recruitment and no recruitment fees or gifts.
  • Prompt escalation and documented response when a concern is raised.
